When I'm not dancing, I am still always creating. I love to write, illustrate, and take photos.

 

I am passionate about writing human interest stories, profiles, arts features and poetry. As an aspiring journalist, I want to serve as a platform for overlooked voices.

 

Illustrating has been relatively new for me. What started as a college elective class, quickly turned into a devotion to learning more about how visual images can be and how to draw effective work so that I can add fully capture a story. I now use visual illustrations to accompany my own stories or stories written by others.

I believe that both words and images have the power to speak boldly and change our society for the better.
